David Gyorke

Biography

David has an extensive medical device commercialization background, having served in executive and engineering roles for over 25 years. Most recently he was Vice President of Development & Operations at Farallon Medical, an in vitro diagnostic start up company. Prior to that, he was the VP of Operations with Cholestech Corp. overseeing the Operations scale up of over 200% in disposable device production, resulting in revenues in excess of $65MM. Before these positions, he held Engineering Management roles with Boston Scientific –Target, manufacturing their Class 3 neuro-access devices, and embolic products.

David is very familiar in the application of rapid-cycle-time methodologies in bringing medical device products to market in a cost effective and ISO 13485/14971 compliant manner.
