Ram Palanki

Biography

Ram has been in the Pharmaceutical industry for 8 years and has diverse experience in Clinical Development and Business Development / Licensing. Ram graduated from Albany College of Pharmacy with a Doctorate in Pharmacy and then went on to pursue his Post Doctoral Fellowship in Clinical Oncology in a Joint program between Rutgers University, NJ and Novartis Pharmaceuticals, NJ. During this time, he also served as Adjunct faculty at the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, Rutgers University.

Ram has currently spent half a decade in the biotechnology industry and has primarily served as a Clinical Liaison to the Ophthalmology medical community developing strong relationships with health care professionals, Patient advocacy groups, professional societies, and federal / cooperative research institutes. He has been an invited speaker at many professional meetings/symposia and has publications in prominent journals such as ‘Ophthalmology’’. He is also very involved in educational and mentoring programs within the biopharmaceutical industry.
